In 1997, Vantex S.A. de C.V. was founded in Guadalajara (Mexico) as a joint venture between Paolo Corazzi Fibre and Ureblock S.A. de C.V., a leading Mexican company specializing in the production of polyurethane foam.

Within a few years, Vantex S.A. de C.V. established itself as a key player in the cleaning sector, both in the Mexican market and across Central and North America. Today, Vantex is present in all major retail chains in the region, offering both Corazzi-branded products and private label brands for retailers. Exports account for over 70% of its revenues, with a widespread presence in more than 20 countries throughout Central and North America.
